As adults we want a place where we can go to clear our minds, a place where we are always welcome, and one where we feel like we are in control. We bring just that at “Advocate of Iron” Gym.

Our owners, Josh and Amber Kaehler, had a dream to open a gym that would encourage everyone to dream big and never stop. They have carefully put together a wide range of lifting options from athletic explosiveness to body sculpting, bodybuilding and powerlifting.
