Hey there! I'm Andrea Louis, the new personal trainer AND 200-h certified yoga instructor at Advocate of Iron, with a focus on WOMEN'S FITNESS (though I'm open to training the guys too!)

Work with me as a personal trainer and we will:

  • Take a balanced approach to fitness, incorporating yoga and mobility, strength training and anaerobic and aerobic cardio to train all the systems of the body.
  • Tailor your training to YOUR needs to help you do the things you want and need to do in life and reach YOUR goals!
  • Train in a way that is sustainable for your lifestyle and fosters life-long healthy habits for lasting results.
  • Focus on simple, straightforward nutrition. No extremes. No gimmicks.
  • Provide tons of positive encouragement. I'll be your accountability partner, I'll listen to your needs, celebrate your victories and guide you along the way.

Oh, and I also offer one-on-one yoga sessions! You will have a very hard time finding a personal yoga session at this price anywhere else.

At our first session, we will spend about 20 minutes getting to know you. What works for you. What exercises you like and what you hate. What you are training for, what you love to do and what you need to do in your daily life, so that getting fit has a purpose for you.
